Collaboration Dinner - EXP. Restaurant, The Gantry and Aubergine
Frank Fawkner of EXP. restaurant is teaming up with Chef Joel Bickford from The Gantry in Sydney and Chef Ben Willis from Aubergine in Canberra for their first collaboration of the year.
The menu will showcase local produce and include a six course tasting menu for $120pp with optional matching wines for $80pp.
Proceeds for the night will be donated to OZ Harvest.
