Collaboration Dinner - EXP. restaurant, The Gantry and Aubergine
Frank Fawkner of EXP. restaurant is teaming up with Chef Joel Bickford from The Gantry in Sydney and Chef Ben Willis from Aubergine in Canberra for their second collaboration of the year.
The menu will showcase local produce and include a six course tasting menu for $110pp with optional matching wines for $70pp.
A portion of the proceeds will go to Oz Harvest.
