  • There are two ways to dine at EXP; you can choose from our a la carte menu or indulge in our six course EXP.erience tasting. Please click Food & Drink to see a sample of our menu.

  • From Friday night through to Sunday, all reservations require credit card details to be secured. A cancellation fee of $50 per person applies if cancelled or numbers are dropped within 24 hours.

  • From Thursday 27th December through to Sunday 30th December there will be a minimum of three courses on our a la carte menu.

  • Please advise of dietaries upon making a reservation (please note, not all dietaries can be catered for).
