EXP. Restaurant offers an intimate, modern setting for wedding receptions, where exceptional food, wine, and service come together to create unforgettable memories. Our passionate team works closely with you to craft a bespoke celebration, highlighting the best of local Hunter Valley produce and contemporary Australian cuisine.

*Please note: We specialise in reception dining and do not provide ceremony services. A minimum of 2 months’ notice is required for all wedding bookings. Dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking. Restrictive diets may require prior discussion by email.

The EXP. Wedding Experience

From your first enquiry, our experienced team will guide you through menu and wine selections, event timing, and personal details. We collaborate with trusted local suppliers, artisans, and photographers to ensure every aspect of your celebration is thoughtfully considered.

Venue Details

Capacity: Up to 40 seated guests for wedding receptions or 70 for interactive canapé/ chef station receptions

Dining Format: Six course degustation menu or 3 course set menu or interactive canapé / chef station. The menu will be designed around local and seasonal produce alongside our current restaurant menu. Menu prices start at $180 per person.

Wine: All-Australian list, with optional pairings

No BYO: EXP. Restaurant is fully licensed and does not permit BYO alcohol

Minimum spend is required to have sole use of EXP. Restaurant:

Monday to Thursday $7,000

Friday & Sunday $9,000

Saturday lunch 12pm - 4pm $6,000

Saturday dinner $12,000
